Current, unrestricted licensure in a U.S. state or territory, national board certifications, and BLS/ACLS (in-person where required) — verified at source.
Immunizations
Hepatitis B (series and titer), Tdap, MMR, Varicella, TB test, seasonal influenza, and COVID-19 where applicable — current or obtained before start.
Facility requirements
Background checks, facility privileges, and documentation to Air Force, DHA, Joint Commission, and AAAHC standards — tracked through the life of the placement.
